Refunds: There are no refunds. If you miss a class, I am more than happy to exchange your ticket to another day that we are hosting a class; otherwise you can use the amount of ticket purchased to apply to a private class you are attending. This will be the same for Private events and/or products Sold in Our store. Exchanges will be the only Return Option for any items sold on our website throughout.

As soon as an order is submitted, I begin working on them immediately. In that case I would have already spent money and time that it takes or whatever is needed to prepare. Being a small Business, we hope you understand any time or money spent will be a lost if refunded after already providing time/or service/product. Please allow me to make it right and exchange our products and/or Services for Current Options we have available.

Terms:

Public Painting Classes are for different skilled painting leveled painters. In a private class, I can give more details on how to enhance your painting.

However Please Note: All Public classes that I host, may have a mixture of different people with different art/painting skills. This can be based on what they have already learned and or experienced. This does not count you out, but I want to make sure you are aware that in Public Classes, I will give basic instructions on how to complete the painting, depending on the size of the Group. I may or may not be able to assist each person (individually) to give tips on enhancing the painting, but I will always attempt to get to everyone in a timely matter.

 

To schedule a 1 on 1 or Private class/ Party; I can prepare for that specific class for those paintings and specific skilled level painters that you invite/request to attend. Conditions: If any reason we cancel an event due to weather etc, We will Honor your Ticket for a another event and Discount your (next event only) $10 off for the inconvenience; Please email 11elevation11@gmail.com for more information.

Additional Add ons for Painting Classes (Subject to Change): Free Food, Appetizers, Drinks may or may not be included in each class and are subject to change, depending on the event. Host (Trinika) Will Decide based on the group size/age and/or the amount of attendees to decide which treats/drinks and/or any add-ons to bring.

Please Note: If you are (Charged) for a food ticket separate from your Class. Whatever was promised in the Food ticket, will be Guaranteed; unless otherwise notified and (approved) by you first.
