Please Email: 12 Pictures to DateTnight@gmail.com with your name, anniversaries and order number. The Outside page will Have the DMFL Logo and the Jan-Dec Pictures will all be your personalized Pictures of you and your spouse. I can also add your anniversaries to the calendar as well so please provide that or birthdays etc in the email after placing the order. Thank you
